Mr. Deeter led the technology transfer office at Case Western Reserve University, commercializing hundreds of millions of dollars of basic and applied research yearly.  He founded OrthoPediatrics Corp., a groundbreaking company in pediatric orthopedics, now publicly traded as KIDS. He established WishBone Medical, introducing revolutionary sterile orthopedic implant kits for children, a testament to his transformative contributions.
